Intake assessment is the first step of the process, it begins with completing an initial evaluation, which is sent through email, followed by subsequent intake sessions. The intake assessment process typically takes two sessions where we start exploring what brings you to therapy. This assessment serves as a comprehensive evaluation that enables me to gain a thorough understanding of your situation and history, in order to craft a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals.
-Individual psychotherapy offers a supportive and confidential setting, providing one-on-one sessions that last around 45 minutes typically, on a weekly basis. In therapy, we will carefully analyze the challenges and patterns that may be holding you back from living a fulfilling life. By gaining insights into these issues, we can work towards restoring balance, finding tranquility, and improving your overall quality of life.
